All purchases made through our store are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes (such as selecting the incorrect size, color, or quantity). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Damages and Defects
We take great care to inspect and pack our items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
To report a damaged or defective item, you must contact our customer support team at mkaiser@kaisermfg.com within 7 business days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping packaging. Approved claims for damaged goods will be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, it is processed immediately to ensure fast transit times. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or altered after they have been placed.
